摘 要:通过研究CA砂浆(水泥乳化沥青砂浆)的流变性能及乳化沥青的储存稳定性,提出了CA砂浆抗离析的关键控制指标.结合经典胶体理论和水泥水化理论,探讨了电解质对乳化沥青稳定性的影响,分析了水泥水化与乳化沥青破乳的交互影响.研究表明:CA砂浆属于典型的赫-巴(HB)流体,屈服应力及黏度是控制其离析的重要指标;水泥通过水化向溶液释放高价阳离子,进而影响乳化沥青的稳定性;CA砂浆的泌水是水泥水化与乳化沥青破乳相互作用的结果,离析是泌水的必要条件.To reveal the mechanism of segregation and bleeding of CA mortar, the key control factors of segregation resistance for CA mortar were proposed by studying the rheological properties of CA mortar and the storage stability of emulsified asphalt. Combining the classical theory of colloid and the cement hy- dration theory, the electrolyte stability of emulsified asphalt was discussed and the interaction of cement hydration and demulsification of emulsified asphalt was also analyzed. The results indicate that the CA mortar is a typical Herschel-Bulkey fluid and its yield stress and viscosity are both important factors to control the segregation of CA mortar. The cement affects the stability of the emulsified asphalt by relea- sing high valence cation to solution in the process of hydration. Bleeding in CA mortar is the results of the interaction of cement hydration and emulsified asphalt's demulsification, and segregation is the necessary condition for bleeding.
