摘 要:将废旧塑料薄膜与水泥经螺杆挤出机共混挤出造粒制备圆柱状塑料骨料.以塑料骨料等体积取代水泥砂浆中的砂子(7.5%,15.0%,30.0%),然后测试塑料骨料对水泥砂浆流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度、断裂挠度、断裂韧性的影响.结果表明:随塑料骨料掺量增加,水泥砂浆流动性增加,抗折强度和抗压强度减小;掺加塑料骨料可以增加水泥砂浆断裂挠度;与空白塑料骨料相比,共混了水泥的塑料骨料可以减小水泥砂浆抗折强度和抗压强度的降低幅度;当共混了30%(质量分数)水泥的塑料骨料等体积取代7.5%砂子时,水泥砂浆断裂韧性与空白水泥砂浆相比提高了57.1%.Waste plastic film and cement were blended and processed into cylindrical plastic aggregate with screw extruder,and the sand aggregate in cement mortar was replaced with plastic aggregate by equal vol- ume(7.5%, 15.0%, 30.0%). The effects of plastic aggregate on fluidity, flexural strength, compressive strength,fracture deflection and fracture toughness of cement mortar were investigated. The results show that with the use level of plastic aggregate increasing, the fluidity enhances, the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar reduce. Adding plastic aggregate can increase fracture deflection of ce- ment mortar. Compared with the blank plastic aggregate, the plastic aggregate containing cement can im- prove the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar. The fracture toughness of cement mortar in which 7.51,2 sand is replaced by the plastic aggregate containing 30%(by mass) of cement increa- ses by 57. 1% compared with that of blank cement mortar.
