我国西北地区建设生态型城镇的SWOT分析

摘　　要：通过SWOT分析,我国西北地区建设生态型城镇的优势是:具有较好的自然和社会基础,城镇化发展处于生态型城镇建设的有利阶段;而生态系统脆弱和城镇化严重滞后是西北建设生态型城镇的两个突出劣势。面对党中央对小城镇建设高度重视的重大机遇,如何探索一条适合于西北地区的、可持续的生态型城镇化发展道路将是至关重要并极具挑战性的。因此,西北生态型城镇的建设应建立在自身的自然与社会基础优势与发展阶段优势之上,充分利用外部环境中的各种发展机遇,迎接挑战(变威胁为机遇)、发挥优势、克服生态系统脆弱和城镇化严重滞后的劣势(变劣势为优势),努力推进生态型城镇建设,实现人与自然和谐共处、全面建成小康社会的发展目标。This paper first introduces the advantages and disadvantages that we have in building ecotype town in the Northwest Region. With good background in nature and society, urbanization development is at the favorable stage for the construction of ecotype town. Yet, in this region, the ecosystem is fragile, and urbanization has lagged far behind the other regions. As the high level of priority of CPC Central Committee attaches to the construction of small-town, the crucial thing we must do is to explore a sustainable development path of ecotype town which is suitable for the northwestern region. Therefore, in promoting the construction of ecotype town in the Northwest Region, based on natural and social advantages, and development stage advantages of its own, we must make full use of all kinds of development opportunities in the external environment, meet the challenge, exert advantages, overcome the disadvantages, make efforts to promote ecotype town process so as to realize a new state in which humans and nature are able to exist in harmony, and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
