摘 要:采用偏移-份额模型,对武汉城市圈2002-2012年城市建设用地结构时序变化特征及空间配置差异进行研究,分析表明:(1)公共设施用地、对外交通用地和绿地是竞争性结构建设用地,具有显著的偏移量补给效应;仓储用地、道路广场用地和特殊用地是衰退性结构,挤出效应较为明显;(2)各城市对不同类型建设用地的竞争力及各地不同类型建设用地变化速度存在显著的空间差异;(3)武汉城市圈建设用地结构时序变化和空间配置差异是城市经济发展、产业结构、人口和区域政策等综合作用的结果。This paper has researched the temporal characters and space configuration differences that are associated with the composition of urban development land between 2002 and 2012 of Wuhan city circle based on the shift - share model. The analysis shows that land for public facilities, external communication, and green is competitive structure which has signiifcant effect of offset supply; while warehouse land, land for road and squares, and land for special use represent recessional structure, which has evident crowding out effect. There are signiifcant spatial differences in the competitiveness and the rates of changeamong various cities for different types of construction land. And temporal change and spatial conifguration differences of the structure of urban construction land around Wuhan city is affected synthetically by urban-based economic growth, industrial structure, population and regional policy.
