沧州市土地利用时空变化及驱动力分析

摘　　要：依据1995年第一次土地调查数据和2009年第二次土地调查数据,采用土地利用变化模型,从数量变化、区域差异、利用程度变化方面分析了沧州市土地利用时空变化的特征,阐述了沧州市15年来土地利用变化的特点和人口增长、经济发展水平、政策因素等影响因素,为相关部门高效的管理和利用土地资源提供决策支持。沧州市应坚持把建设资源节约型、环境友好型沿海城市作为经济社会发展目标,采取合理规划、利用土地,提高土地利用率,优化土地资源的配置,提高土地利用集约程度等科学的土地管理措施来实现土地资源的可持续利用。According to the ifrst land survey data in 1995, and the second land survey data in 2009, as well as by using the land use change model, this paper analyses the temporal and spatial characteristics of land use change in the city of Cangzhou from the aspects of the change in the numbers, regional differences, and the land use change degree. At the same time, this paper explains the characteristics of land use change in the past 15 years, and analyses some factors which could be having an inlfuence on land use such as population growth, level of economic development, and policy factors. All of these efforts will provide support means for relevant departments’ decision- making with regard to efifcient management and utilization of land resources. In addition, this paper sets forth some scientiifc land management measures for achieving the sustainable utilization of land resources to the local government of Cangzhou. These measures lay emphasis on the following： regarding building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly coastal city as economic and social development goals; taking reasonable planning to use land resources; increasing land use efifciency;optimizing allocation of land resources; improving the intensive degree of land utilization.
