摘　　要：针对一起烫平机不锈钢烘筒爆炸事故,通过对爆裂断口形貌、事故爆炸能量、结构应力分布、工艺管路布置、制造质量、使用管理等进行系统性的失效分析,研究设备失效的主要原因。从制造安装、使用管理、定期检验等方面提出了保障烫平机安全使用、防止同类事故发生的对策和建议。Aimed on a explosion accident of the stainless drying cylinder of Ironing machine,throughthe systematic analysis of burst fracture morphology, accident explosive energy, structural stress distribution,process piping layout, manufacturing quality, management, etc.the primary cause of this accident is studied. And.countermeasures and suggestions on how to guarantee the safe use of ironing machine are given in terms of installation,management and periodic inspection.
