康复训练联合骶管注射治疗腰椎手术失败综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析康复训练联合骶管注射治疗腰椎手术失败综合症的临床效果。方法:选取60例腰椎间盘突出症术后复发的患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用康复训练联合骶管注射,对照粗采用传统推拿治疗,观察治疗后两组患者的症状改善及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,观察组、对照组VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),但两组间VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;3个疗程后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组4例痊愈,15例显效,7例有效,4例无效,经比较发现,总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练联合骶管注射对FBSS有显著疗效,疗效随疗程的延长而增加,具有临床价值。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with canalis sacralis injection in patients with failed back surgery syndrome.Methods：All 60 patients,who were recrudescent after lumbar disc herniation surgery,were randomly divided into observation group（n=30）and control group（n=30）.The patients in observation group were treated with rehabilitation training and canalis sacralis injection,while the patients in control group were given the traditional massage therapy.The improvement of symptoms and clinical effect were evaluated.Results：There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment（P 〉0.05）.The VAS scores of observation group and control group were significantly lower than baseline after a course of treatment（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.After three courses treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were lower than baseline,but the VAS scores of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〉0.05）.Four patients in observation group were cured,and 15 cases were excellent,7cases were good,and 4cases were poor.The total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The rehabilitation training combined with canalis sacralis injection is effective in patients with failed back surgery syndrome,which is voluble for clinical extension.
