复杂尺骨鹰嘴骨折并肘关节前脱位的诊断和手术治疗

摘　　要：目的：探讨复杂尺骨鹰嘴骨折并肘关节前脱位的诊断与手术治疗。方法：分析自2010年1月-2013年1月收治的10例复杂尺骨鹰嘴骨折并肘关节前脱位患者的临床资料。结果：10例均获得随访6~24个月,优8例,良2例。结论：复杂尺骨鹰嘴骨折并肘关节前脱位通过切开复位,采用合理的内固定装置,恢复滑车和冠状突骨折解剖复位可获得满意的治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment for complex olecranon fracture with anterior dislocation of the elbow.Methods：Ten cases of complex olecranon fracture with anterior dislocation of the elbow were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2010 to Jan 2013.Results：All cases were followed up for 6~24months,among whom there were 8cases who obtained excellent results,and 2obtained good results.Conclusion：Open reduction and internal fixation are necessary for complex olecranon fracture with anterior dislocation of the elbow.Reasonable internal fixation instrument restoring the anatomical reduction of the contours of the olecranon and trochlear notch can get satisfactory therapeutic effect.
