摘  要:采用XRD物相分析、金相组织观察及洛氏硬度测试等研究了喂丝法孕育处理对轴向大尺寸Fe-2.55C-1.55Cr-0.66Si-1.07Mn-0.22Ni高铬铸铁铸件显微组织结构特征的影响。实验表明,经过喂丝法孕育处理,实验材料铸态组织的奥氏体含量减少,而M7C3型碳化物含量明显增加,并且出现了条束状共晶转变组织,材料的硬度得到提高。实验结果也表明喂丝法孕育处理存在孕育的有效作用区域,偏离该区域孕育作用逐渐失去。The effect of inoculation with cored wire injection on the microstructure feature of axial large-size Fe-2.55C-1.55Cr-0.66Si-1.07Mn-0.22Ni cast iron was researched by XRD phase analysis, microstructure observation and Rockwell hardness testing method. The experiments show that after the inoculation with cored wire injection, the percentage composition of the austenite decreases, while the percentage composition Of MTC3 carbide increases obviously, and there are a lots of article bundle eutectic in the microstructure. So the hardness of the material is improved. The experimental results also show that the inoculation with cored wire injection has the inoculation effective area, then the deviating effect fxom this area inoculation gradually loses.
