摘 要:在1.0 mm厚B340LA低合金高强钢电阻点焊工艺窗口范围内,以峰值拉剪力、失效能耗和熔核大小为考核指标,利用正交试验方法系统地研究了通电时间、焊接电流和电极压力等工艺参数对焊点质量的影响。结果表明,影响焊点质量的主次顺序为通电时间>焊接电流>电极压力,优选工艺参数组合为:通电时间8 cyc、焊接电流8.3kA和电极压力0.35kN,并试验验证了优选工艺参数组合条件下的点焊接头质量较高,飞溅较少。To screen out a better process conditions of resistance spot welding B340LA, taking sing tensile-shear loads, absorbing energy and nugget size of the welded joints as evaluation index, an orthogonal experiment was implemented in the welding processing window and the optimal welding parameters were achieved by range analysis and variance analysis. The results show that the welding time has most remarkable influence on the welding quality, the less is the welding current, and the welding pressure is the last one. The optimal welding parameters were found to be welding time 8 cyc, welding current 8.3 kA and welding pressure 0.35 kN, respectively. The satisfactory welded joint with fewer spatter is finally gained under this condition.
