摘  要:采用开坡口的手工电弧焊方法对已存在缺陷的B级钢(ZG25CrMnNi)铁路货车摇枕侧架进行堆焊修复,并对焊后件进行了组织观察、硬度、拉伸性能和低温冲击韧性检测。结果表明:B级钢焊补后具有良好的力学性能;焊缝组织为不同生长方向的柱状晶,相变重结晶区内为均匀细小的珠光体和铁素体组织,但是在过热区内出现了魏氏组织,同时仍然产生了一些焊接缺陷,如气孔、夹杂、魏氏组织等,且焊接坡口内的组织不太均匀,需要进一步采取一定的方法进行改善。Railway truck bolster side flame used B grade cast steel (ZG25CrMnNi) with defects was hardfacing rebuildied by manual arc welding (MAW) method, and the microstructure, hardness, tensile properties and low temperature impact toughness of the samples were investigated. The results show that the hardfacing rebuildied B+ grade cast steel (ZG25CrMnNi) has good mechanical properties. The welding microstructure has columnar grain zone with different growth direction and uniform fine ferritic-pearlitic grain refined region zone. There are also welding defects such as porosity, inclusion, widmanstatten structure in over heated zone and the microstructure at welding groove is not uniform.
