Effect of DC Magnetic Field on Solidified Structure,Crystal Texture and Mechanical Properties of Pure Magnesium

摘  要:利用数码相机、X射线衍射仪、材料试验机及扫描电镜研究了磁感应强度为0~1.11T的直流磁场对纯镁凝固组织、结晶织构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着直流磁感应强度的增加,纯镁的晶粒尺寸有轻微增大的趋势。直流磁场显著影响纯镁的结晶织构,(0002)面结晶织构减弱,而(1010)面结晶织构增强。在直流磁场的作用下,纯镁的抗拉强度有所降低,但伸长率明显提高,其伸长率较无磁场处理的试样相比,最高提高了544%。Solidified structure, crystal texture and mechanical properties of pure magnesium under DC magnetic field(0~l. 11 T) were investigated by digital camera, XRD(X-ray diffraction), material test machine and SEM (scanning electron microscopy). The results show that grain size of pure magnesium is increased slightly with the increase of magnetic field intensity. Crystal texture of pure magnesium is directly relative with DC magnetic field. The (0002) plane texture is weakened and the (1010)plane tex- ture is enhanced. The tensile strength of pure magnesium is decreased and its elongation is increased ob- viously with DC magnetic field treatment. The maximum elongation of pure magnesium is increased by up to 544%, compared with the sample without DC magnetic field treatment.
