摘　　要：MR弥散张量神经成像是一种特殊的弥散成像方式,可以在活体无创性显示腰骶部的神经根纤维束,对腰骶神经丛病损的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。本文对DTI成像的基本原理、常用参数、常用后处理软件及临床应用价值进行综述。MR diffusion tensor neuorgraghy is a special kind of diffusion imaging mode ,which allows noninvasive dis‐play of the lumbosacral nerve fiber bundles in vivo .It plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the lumbosacral nerve root lesions .This article has reviewed basic principle ,commonly used parameters ,post processing soft‐ware and the value in MR diffusion tensor neuography .
