摘　　要：随着激光治疗前列腺增生技术的不断发展,各种激光治疗前列腺增生倍受关注。本文就各种激光在治疗前列腺增生的优势和劣势进行了比较。作者结合自己的经验对最新发展的Vela XL激光在前列腺增生的治疗优势进行了阐述。With the improvement of laser treatment on BPH ,the advantages and disadvantages of different lasers for treat‐ment of BPH have been highlighted and compared .The author ,with personal experience ,more focused on advantages of Vela XL ,which is the most recent developed laser for treatment of BPH .
