摘 要:通过对胶辊砻谷机振动喂料槽中单颗粒物料的受力分析和运动分析,建立了振动喂料速度的数学模型,得出了影响喂料速度的数学关系式,探讨了喂料过程的均匀性和平稳性。利用MATLAB软件,模拟分析出喂料槽倾角、激振角、激振频率和振幅对喂料速度的影响;利用该软件中的优化模块,以喂料速度为目标函数,影响因子为约束条件,优化出喂料速度最大情况下的最佳设计参数,并通过实验验证该优化理论及其结果的可行性,为新一代胶辊砻谷机的设计提供参考。The single particle in vibration feeder of rubber roller husker was analyzed in this research to learn its stress conditions and movements.Based on the analysis,a mathematical model of vibration feeding speed was established.Besides, the mathematical relationship that could affect the feeding speed was obtained,the uniformity and the stability in the process was investigated.Through the MATLAB,how could the groove obliquity angle,vibrating direction angle,frequency and am-plitude influence the feeding speed was simulated.The optimal design parameters were received for the fastest feeding under the following conditions:the optimization module of MATLAB was applied;the feeding speed was set as the obj ective function;impact factorswereservedastheconstraints.Thetheoriesofoptimizationandrelevantresultshavebeenprovenrightandfeasiblebytheex-perimental verification.References,asaresult,havenbeenprovidedtodevelopthenewgenerationrubberrollerhusker.
