摘 要:管道输送技术在粮食、化工、食品等众多行业中应用十分广泛,物料颗粒对输送管道的摩擦磨损是管道破损或设备失效的重要原因之一。在深入研究弯管摩擦磨损机理的基础上,采用流体力学软件Fluent12.0,对含有物料颗粒的稀相气体进入弯管引起的碰撞进行了计算,分析了颗粒在弯管内的运动轨迹和碰撞位置,计算结果与文献试验结果基本吻合,为后续输送管道的结构优化和采取耐磨措施提供参考依据。The pipeline technology has been widely used in the grain transportation as well as chemical and food industries. Erosion on pipeline has an extensive engineering background,which is one of the main reasons of pipeline damaged or equip-ment failure.The mechanism of erosion on elbow was investigated in this paper.Numerical simulation on collision was analyzed by using the fluid dynamics software Fluent12.0 when the fluids containing less particles enter the elbow,and the trajectory and the collision location of the particle in elbow was also analyzed.The numerical results are consistent with experimental re-sults from the literature and provide some theoretical basis for the subsequent structural optimization and take measures to en-hance the wear elbow.
