摘 要:目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)和抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)与冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度的关系。方法选取拟行冠脉造影检查的冠心病患者120例,并根据检查结果对冠脉病变程度进行Gensini积分分为A组(0-20分,40例),B组(21-40分,40例)和C组(>40分,40例);选取同期行冠脉造影或冠脉动脉CT造影(冠脉CTA)正常的40例患者作为对照组。比较四组血清CysC和ATⅢ水平,分析其与冠脉病变程度的关系。结果冠心病各组血清CysC水平均高于对照组;冠心病患者随Gensini积分的增加,血清CysC水平呈上升趋势。冠心病各组ATⅢ水平均低于对照组,随Gensini积分的增加ATⅢ水平呈下降趋势。结论血清CysC和ATⅢ对预测冠脉病变严重程度有一定临床意义。Objective To study the relationship of serum cystatin C(CysC) and Antithrombin- Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ ) with severity of coronary artery lesion. Methods On the basis of Gensini score after coronary arteriongraphy, 120 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) were equally assigned into three groups of A(0-20 points), B(21-40 points) and C(〉40 points). Another 40 patients with normal coronary arteriongraphy were taken as the controls(group D). Serum CysC and ATⅢ were detected and the selationship of them and the severity of coronary artery lesions was analyzed. Results Serum level of CysC was higher in CAD groups than that in group D, which was increased as Gensini score increased. Serum level of ATⅢ was lower in CAD groups than that in group D, which was decreased as Gensini score increased. Conclusion Serum levels CysC and ATⅢ have a certain clinical significance in predicting the severity of coronary artery lesions.
