摘 要:试验与仿真模拟相结合,利用正交试验设计方法,对喷油器喷孔直径、喷孔数目、喷雾锥角和喷油提前角4个因素进行数值模拟计算,研究多因素匹配对发动机燃用B20生物柴油-柴油混合燃料时扭矩、燃油消耗率和NOX排放量的影响,通过极差分析和方差分析确定因素主次关系,给出相应的最优匹配方案。研究表明,喷孔数目和喷油提前角是影响发动机扭矩和燃油消耗率的显著因素,喷油提前角是影响NOX生成的显著因素。为了更好的满足日益严格的排放法规,同时兼顾发动机动力性和燃油消耗率得出其最优匹配方案为:喷孔直径为0.25mm,喷孔数目为8,喷油提前角为10℃A,喷雾锥角为145°。Combined of experiment and simulation, the numerical simulation about the fuel injector nozzle diameter, number of nozzle, spray angle and the fuel supply advance angle was carried out and their influences on the torque, specific fuel consumption rate and NOx emissions of diesel engine fueled with B20 were analyzed by using the onhogonal experiment design method. Through the range and variance analysis, factors in primary and secondary relations were determined and the corresponding optimal matching scheme was given. The results have shown that the number of nozzle and fuel supply advanee angle are the significant factors affecting the torque and specific fuel consumption of the engine, the fuel supply advance angle is the signifwant factors influencing the NOxformation. In order to better meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations, both the engine powe-r performance and specific fuel consumption are concluded that the optimal matching scheme of parameters : the nozzle hole diameter is 0.25mm, nozzle number is 8, fuel supply advance angle is 10℃A, spray angle is 145°.
