摘 要:引入外圈波纹度,分析滚子与滚道之间的相互作用关系,获得滚子与套圈之间作用力和力矩,并以牛顿-欧拉方程为基础,建立圆柱滚子轴承系统动力学模型,并采用变步长龙格-库塔进行数值求解,分析了外圈波纹度对轴承动态特性的影响。结果表明,外圈波纹度波数与滚子个数相等或成倍数时轴承系统会产生强烈振动,保持架旋转频率处的振动幅值随波数增加而增大,且随着波纹度最大幅值的增大,轴承系统产生剧烈振动,振动幅值也随之增大,这为轴承设计和噪声分析提供了理论依据。Considering the outer race waviness, the interaction between the roller and raceway is analyzed, and the forces and moments are also obtained. Based on the Newton-Euler method, the model for cylindrical roller bearing system is cortstructed, and the fourth--order Runge-Kutta integration method with variable steps is used to solve the model. The effect of outer race waviness on the dynamic behavior of cylindrical roller bearing is studied. The result shows that a strong vibration would occur when the number of outer race waviness is equal to or several times the roller number; the vibration amplitude of the cage at its rotation frequency could magnify as the waviness number goes up; a severe vibration and increasing vibration amplitude arise as the maximum amplitude of waviness increases. All of these provide a theoretical foundation for the design and noise analysis of bearings.
