摘 要:目的探讨数字化摄影(DR)各环节中辐射剂量的控制。方法回顾性分析DR摄影中各环节产生辐射剂量过剩问题并加以控制。结果各成像环节过程中人为及设备因素是造成DR摄影产生辐射剂量过剩的主要原因,合理控制这些因素既可充分发挥数字化摄影图像质量优良的优势,又能降低辐射剂量。结论熟练掌握设备功能,充分发挥人的主观能动性,做到操作规范化、技能熟练化,严格遵守辐射与防护三原则,完全可以以较小的辐射剂量获得优质的影像资料,并能充分满足临床诊断要求。Objective To research various aspects of digital radiography (DR) and radiation dose control. Methods Retrospective analysis of all aspects of DR photography problem of excess radiation dose produced and controlled.Results Human and equipment factors is the main reason for causing excess radiation dose in each part of the process of imaging , control of these factors are the key to fully play to the advantages of digital photographic image quality and lower radiation dose strengths.Conclusion Mastering capabilities of each device, give full play to people's initiative, be standardized operation, skilled technology and strictly abide by the three principles of radiation protection and are entirely a smaller radiation dose to get high-quality image data and can fully meet the clinical diagnosis requirements.
