摘　　要：绝缘子带电水冲洗装置是最常见的清洗绝缘子污秽的装置,其前端传感数据采集系统用于辅助瞄准和安全防护等环节的数据采集,传感器数量多、数据量大,对通信可靠性要求较高.详细地介绍了绝缘子带电水冲洗装置前端传感数据采集系统的软、硬件设计与实现.系统硬件部分采用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,通信软件采用Modbus协议,通过对所研发的传感数据采集系统样机的测试,验证了该系统设计的可行性、合理性和可靠性.Water hot washing device is a most common equipment for insulator washing.The fore-end data collection system collects relevant data and information to assist water hot washing device aiming and security.Many sensors have been used and the data is large,the reliability requirements for communications is high.This paper introduces the design and realization of software and hardware of the fore-end data collection system for water hot washing.This system adopts STM32 MCU platform based on Modbus protocol for testing.The test results verify the feasibility,rationality and reliability of the system.
