摘 要:采用纳米石墨碳(CNPs)改性羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)-聚乙烯醇(PVA)/壳聚糖(CS)-聚乙烯醇双极膜(BPM)作为隔膜,回收酸洗废水中的酸。结果表明,CNPs-NH2和CNPs-COOH同时改性CMC-PVA/CS-PVA双极膜的膜阻抗和槽电压小,电流密度为60 m A/cm2时,其槽电压可低至4.5 V。将其用于酸洗废水中酸的回收,其能量消耗明显降低。最佳的回收条件是:右室中Na2SO4浓度为0.2 mol/L,中间室HCl起始浓度为0.15 mol/L。The sodium carboxymethyl cellulose( CMC)-polyvinyl alcohol( PVA)/chitosan( CS)-polyvinyl alcohol bipolar membrane( BPM)was modified by nanometer graphite powders( CNPs),which was used as the diaphragm in the recovery of waste acid. The results showed that the membrane impedance and cell voltage of the CMC-PVA/CS-PVA BPM modified using CNPs-NH2 and CNPs-COOH simultaneously were lower than the unmodified BPM. At the current density of 60 mA/cm2 ,the cell voltage of the modified BPM was as low as 4. 5 V. When the modified BPM was used in the recovery of waste acid,the energy consumption significantly decreased. The optimal recovery conditions were as follows:the concentration of Na2 SO4 in right chamber was 0. 2 mol/L,and the initial concentration of HCl in intermediate chamber was 0. 15 mol/L.
