摘　　要：溶胶-凝胶法是制备无机膜的一种重要工艺,通过自己的实验研究并参考相关文献,从溶胶性质、浸渍过程、干燥过程和焙烧条件等方面进行论述,主要从溶胶粘度、膜厚度、膜层间收缩速率和膜层间拉应力等方向进行分析,进一步探讨如何防止无机膜制备过程中膜开裂的问题。The sol-gel preparation of inorganic membrane is an important process,through experimental study and refer to the relevant literature. The writer discusses from the nature of the sol,dip process,dr-ying and calcination conditions,mainly analyzes from the sol viscosity,membrane thickness,membrane shrinkage rate and membrane interlayer between tensile stress,further explore how to prevent membrane cracking problems during the preparation of inorganic membrane.
