摘 要:目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病(PPTDM)患者外周血血清白细胞介素17A(IL-17A)和白细胞介素23(IL-23)含量并分析其临床意义。方法 ELISA检测30例PPTDM患者、30例肺结核(PTB)患者、30例糖尿病(DM)患者和26例健康志愿者(HV)外周血血清IL-17A和IL-23含量,并分析其相关性。结果 PPTDM组血清IL-17A均显著高于PTB组、DM组和HV组,而血清IL-23含量均显著低于PTB组、DM组和HV组(P<0.05)。PTB组血清IL-17A含量均显著高于DM组和HV组,而血清IL-23含量均显著低于DM组和HV组(P<0.05)。DM组和HV组血清IL-17A和IL-23含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同临床起病形式PPTDM患者中血清IL-17A和IL-23含量存在差异,DM-PTB组血清IL-17A含量显著高于PTBDM组,而血清IL-23含量显著低于PTB-DM组(P<0.05)。PPTDM患者组血清IL-17A含量和IL-23含量无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 IL-17A和IL-23在PPTDM疾病进展中可能具有重要的作用。Objective To detect serum IL-17A and IL-23 levels and analysis their clinical significance in pulmonary tuber-culosis patients with diabetes mellitus (PPTDM). Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect serum IL-17A and IL-23 levels in 30 PPTDM patients, 30 pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients, 30 diabetes mellitus (DM) pa-tients and 30 healthy volunteers(HV). Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of them. Results Serum IL-17A level was significantly higher, and IL-23 level lower in PPTDM patients than those in PTB, DM and HV groups (P〈0.05 re-spectively). Serum IL-17A level was significantly higher, and IL-23 level lower in PTB patients than those in DM and HV groups (P〈0.05 respectively). There was no significant difference of serum IL-17A level and IL-23 level between DM and HV groups (P〉0.05 respectively). There was no significant correlation between serum IL-17A and IL-23 in PPTDM patients. Conclusion IL-17A and IL-23 may play an important role in PPTDM development.
