摘　　要：冲击电压测量软件的计算准确度直接影响冲击电压测量系统的测量水平,介绍了IEC标准对于叠加过冲振荡的雷电全波的计算方法的发展改进过程,简述了自主开发的冲击测量软件的基本功能以及关键问题的解决方法,并采用IEC61083-2-2010的标准试验数据发生器(TDG)验证了软件的计算准确度。软件对雷电全波(LI)29个典型波形的计算结果,其主要波形参数:峰值Up、波前时间T1、半峰值时间T2、部分相对过冲幅值β与标准值的最大偏差值分别为-0.07%、1.5%、-0.17%、1.0%,各参数的计算偏差都小于标准规定的最大允许偏差值;另外对波形雷电截波(LIC)、冲击电流波形(IC)和操作冲击全波(SI)的典型波形进行计算,得出本软件可用于计算冲击电压/电流各种波形的结论。将本软件与研究所研发的冲击测量软件就主要测量参数进行了计算结果的比较,结果显示其软件除了计算过冲时存在几个极大偏差,也基本满足IEC标准的规定,证明本软件采集数据的计算水平达到了先进水平。Since the calculation accuracy of impulse voltage measuring software directly affects the measurement capa-bility of impulse voltage measuring system,the development of calculation method is introduced for lightning impulse wave with overshoot and/or oscillation in IEC standard. The basic functions and solutions of key problems in program-ming progress of self-developed impulse software is also briefly described,the calculation accuracy of which is veri-fied by using Test Data Generator（ TDG）in IEC standard 61083-2. According to the calculated results by self-de-veloped software of 29 typical waveforms of lightning impulse,with the four main parameters as peak value Up ,front time T1 ,time to half-value T2 and overshoot magnitude β,the maximum deviation between the calculated value and standard value is about -0. 07%,1. 5%,-0. 17%,and 1. 0% respectively,which indicates that all the calculat-ing deviations are smaller than the maximum errors provided in standard. In addition,according to the calculated re-sults on typical waveforms of chopped lightning impulse（ LIC）,impulse current（ IC）,and Switching impulse wave （ SI）,the software can be used to calculate variety of waveforms of impulse voltage/current. The parameters comparing results show that the reference software basically meet the requirements of IEC standard except for some great devia-tions of calculation on overshoot,which proves that the developed measuring software in this paper has reached the ad-vanced level in the data calculation of the impulse waveform.
