摘 要:借助故障树相关理论,结合电能表现场故障分析数据,展开了基于单相智能电能表的黑屏故障分析方法研究。首先,进行故障统计与电能表结构分析,将引起电能表黑屏故障的原因进行分类和初步分析;其次,逐单元定位失效原因,建立故障树模型;最后结合故障树模型,进行定性分析和定量分析,确定故障树最小割集,计算系统黑屏故障率和最小割集的概率重要度,确定故障定位与分析顺序,为快速、精确定位和分析电能表黑屏故障提供建议。Based on the field failure analysis data of the electric energy meter,the black screen faults of the single phase smart meter were analyzed by using the fault tree analysis method in this paper. Firstly,fault statistics and me-ter structure analysis were made,and the causes of black screen of smart meters were grossly classified and analyzed. Secondly,faults reasons were detected individually according to each unit ,and a fault tree model was constructed. Lastly,by means of the fault tree model,a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were made ,the minimum cut-set was identified,and the failure rate of the system black screen faults and the probability importance of the mini-mum cut-set were calculated so as to determine the sequence of fault location and analysis,which could provide ad-vice for quick and accurate detection and analysis of the smart meter black screen faults.
