摘 要:传统的仪表电缆平面敷设图设计采用手工方式,依据配管三维模型对需要标注的每台现场仪表进行单独标注,劳动强度大,且无法保证成品质量和工作效率。根据实际工作的需求确定了仪表图例、仪表信息框的新标注方式,介绍了该种标注方式的设计过程,同时也对多视图标注和数据库设计进行了简要说明。根据实际项目测试,提出了批量标注的优势和改进方向。Traditional instrument cable layout is designed manually. Each onsite instrument is labelled individually according to requirement of three-dimensional model based on piping need. The labor intensity is strong. Quality and work efficiency can't be guaranteed. According to practical work needs, a new labeling mode of instrument illustration, instrument information box is determined. The design process of labeling is described. The multi-view annotation and database design are briefly described. According to practical test result, advantages and improvements of batch labeling are presented.
