摘 要:对22份蓝粒糯小麦和22份紫粒糯小麦的8个农艺性状进行了分析。结果表明,蓝、紫粒糯小麦的单株穗数变异系数分别达到15.76%和18.52%;穗下节间长变异系数分别达到14.55%和15.68%。通过对蓝、紫、白粒糯小麦进行多重比较分析,结果显示,蓝、紫粒糯小麦与其他3种类型小麦在千粒质量和主穗粒质量方面差异显著。对8种参数标准化后聚类分析,结果显示,蓝、紫粒糯小麦成各自聚类趋势,表明蓝、紫粒糯小麦为不同的类群。Eight agronomic characters were analysed in 22 blue-grained waxy wheat lines and 22 purple-grained waxy wheat lines.The results indicated that the variation coefficient were 15.67% and 18.52% of the number heads per plant in blue-grained waxy wheat and purple-grained waxy wheat respectively. The variation coefficient were 14.55% and 15.68% of the long peduncle respectively. Multiple comparative analysis showed that there were extremely significant different in thousand kernel weight and the main spike grain weight with blue-grained waxy wheat, purple-grained waxy wheat and white-grained waxy wheat. 8 parameters were standardized and clustering analyzed, there are cluster tendency respectively in blue-grained waxy and purple-grained waxy wheat, which suggested that the blue-grained waxy and purple-grained waxy wheat belong to different class groups.
