摘 要:以3个基因型小麦为材料,通过基因枪对其幼胚进行轰击,研究转化后组织培养的愈伤组织诱导率、分化率和植株再生率。结果显示,不同基因型小麦均能诱导愈伤组织形成,且愈伤诱导率为100%,但分化率和再生率不同基因型表现不同,其中,小麦品种4185的分化率和再生率分别为54.2%和15.6%,较Bobwhite和Attila高。The study used 3 wheat genotypes including Bobwhite, Attila and 4185 as experimental material, the ratio of induction and differentiation of the callus and plants regeneration were studied after their immature embryos which were bombarded by biolistic.The results showed that the callus could be induced in all wheat genotypes, and the ratio of induction was 100%. But the ratio of differentiation and plants regeneration were different among wheat genotypes. The ratios of differentiation(54.2%)and plants regeneration(15.6%)of 4185 were higher than other two wheat genotypes.
