摘 要:为研究滴灌条件下不同营养液浓度对温室黄瓜茎流的影响及其与环境因子的相应关系,试验设置3组营养液浓度梯度,采用Dynamax公司开发的包裹式茎流传感器在黄瓜开花坐果期对黄瓜茎流速率进行了连续监测,结合黄瓜茎流与环境因子的响应关系,分析了不同营养液浓度对黄瓜茎流速率的影响。结果表明,黄瓜茎流速率与太阳辐射、空气温度及湿度之间存在一定的变化规律。黄瓜茎流与太阳辐射强度呈现正相关,太阳辐射增强,茎流速率增大;反之,茎流速率减弱。标准营养配方灌溉条件下的黄瓜茎流速率在3组试验植株中是最大的,欠营养配方和过营养配方灌溉方式对黄瓜植株的茎流速率都有不同程度的抑制作用。To study the effect for cucumber stem flow of different density nutrient solution under drip irrigation and its relationship with environmental factors in a greenhouse, the test set up three groups' gradient concentration of nutrient solution. The experiment adopted the packaged stem sap flow sensor developed by Dynamax Company. Blossom and fruit period of cucumber stem sap flow rate were monitored in cucumber. Combining the response relationship between sap flow and environmental factors of cucumber, the influence of different density nutrient solution flow rate was analyzed on the cucumber stem. The results showed that: the rate of cucumber stem flow have some changing rules by solar radiation, air temperature and humidity. There was positive correlation of cucumber stem flow and solar radiation intensity. The cucumber stem flow rate was the largest in the three groups of test plant under the condition of standard nutrition formula. The irrigation methods including under nutrition prescription and over nutrition formula have different degrees of inhibition on the flow rate of cucumber plant.
