不同中药方剂对弓形虫感染小鼠脾细胞分泌IL-2活性的影响

摘　　要：通过观察不同方剂对小鼠感染弓形虫后脾IL-2含量的影响,确定对弓形虫病治疗效果最佳的复方中药。将昆明系小鼠随机分为中药复方方剂组(A、B、C组)、复方SMZ组(D组)、模型组(E组)和对照组(F组)。用RH株弓形虫速殖子腹腔感染小鼠,2h后灌胃给药,其中A、B、C 3个组每只每次0.5mL自拟弓形虫汤剂;D组每只每次0.5 mL复方SMZ混悬液300 mg/(kg·d-1),疗程15d。采用双抗夹心ELISA法,观察不同方剂对小鼠脾细胞IL-2含量的影响,并对照不同方剂之间的差异,采用F检验和q检验进行统计分析。结果表明,A、B、C组和D组IL-2活性水平均随着时间延长而逐渐升高;A、C、D组与F组有显著性差异;B组IL-2水平活性保持了较高值,与E组差异极显著。说明3种自拟中药复方方剂均能显著提高弓形虫感染小鼠脾细胞IL-2的含量,增强小鼠免疫功能,其中复方二提高最显著,对IL-2活性影响最大。To find the best Chinese medicine formuale with effect to cure toxoplasmosis, the effect of them on the spleen IL-2 content in mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii was observed. Kunming strain mice were randomly divided into Chinese medicine formuale groups （A,B,C group）, compound SMZ group（D group） ,model group（E group） and control group（F group）. The mice were infected with Toxoplasma gondii intraperitoneally with tachyzoites of the RH strain, and irrigating medicine into stomach after 2 h. Every mouse in A, B, C groups received 0.5 mL self-designed Chinese herb formula everyday, 0.5 mL com- pound SMZ suspension liquid every day（300 mg/kg） in D groups, the period was 15 days. The effects of medicine on spleen IL-2 contents were detected by ELISA, and the differences among different prescrip- tions were analyzed by F-test and q test. The result showed that the level of IL-2 activity in group A,B,C and group D were increased with time. There were significant differences between groups A, C, D and F group, the content of IL-2 in B group kept higher level,and had a very significant difference with that of E group. Three Chinese medicine formuale could improve the contents of spleen IL-2 in mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii,enhance the immune function in mice, the most significant enhancement was the sec- ond compound group, had the most influence on IL-2.
