摘  要:固体绝缘开关越来越被众多开关厂家所瞩目,但在环氧树脂绝缘浇注件的研发和生产过程中发现,绝缘浇注件外表面在喷涂金属涂敷层后,其原本的电场分布将会发生较大改变而引入诸多电性能方面问题,其中特别典型且具有共性的问题点就是在绝缘浇注件进(出)线套管附近的金属涂敷层末端会因类似于尖端放电的原因而导致局放水平超标的问题存在。根据三维有限元仿真分析及以往类似产品的相关研发和生产经验,提出了增加屏蔽网不改变金属涂敷层末端位置,增加裙边并改变金属涂敷层末端位置和增加带凹槽的裙边并改变金属涂敷层末端位置等3种解决方案。经实践证明,3种解决方案都是有效的、可行的。Solid insulated switchgear has been paid more and more attention by switchgear manufacturers.But we found that during actual manufacturing and testing process of epoxy resin casting insulator,the original electric field distribution of insulator is changed greatly due to metal-coating on outer surface of casting insulator and then results in many problems about electrical performance,such as partial discharge like needle discharge resulting from metal-coating terminal on inlet or outlet bushing insulator,is a typical and popular phenomenon.According to previous rich manufacturing and testing experience about solid in-sulated switchgear,combined with 3-D FEM simulation analysis,there have been solutions proposed,such as addition of shielding net without changing metal coating terminal location,addition of shed with changing metal-coating terminal location and addition of shed with groove and changing metal-coating terminal location.These proposed solutions proved by practical results are effective and feasible.
