摘  要:油茶是将茶叶、生姜、猪脂等捣烂再加盐和水煮沸之后茶汤的称谓,是生活在广西桂东北地区侗、瑶、苗、壮等民族群众喜爱的日常饮食。打油茶是桂东北地区各族民众日常交往和待客的主要方式。打油茶及油茶礼仪反映了中华传统茶文化在民族地区的独特传承和演变情况,构成桂东北地区油茶文化的主要内涵。Youcha is a gruel of sweetened, fried flour with tea, ginger, lard and salt, which is the daily diet loved by the ethnic people of Dong, Yao, Miao and Zhuang in the northeastern region of Guangxi. Making and having youcha is the main way of daily interaction and hospitality in the northeastern region of Guangxi, whose etiquette reflects the unique heritage and evolution of traditional Chinese tea cuhure in ethnic areas, and constitutes the main content of youcha culture in the northeastern region of Guangxi.
