摘　　要：分析高校建设节约型校园的背景及意义,剖析存在的制约因素,在此基础上形成了节约型校园建设的整体思路,进而在组织机构建立、相关制度建设、宣传教育活动、水电资源管理、房产资源管理、专项维修规划方面提出一系列节约型校园建设的具体途径与形式。Analyzed the background and meaning of the construction of saving campus,and analyzed the constraints of university 's construction of saving campus,and formed the w hole idea of saving campus on the basis of the analysis. And then it explored a series of w ays and forms of the construction of saving campus in the aspect of organization building,related systems construction,publicity and education activities,w ater and electricity resource management,property resource management,special maintenance planning.
