新型聚[2,2′-间(4-羟基吡啶)-5,5′-二苯并咪唑]共聚物质子交换膜的制备与表征

摘  要:在微波加热条件下,采用溶液共缩聚的方法合成了OH-PyPBI及同时含有OHPyPBI和PBI重复单元结构的共聚物OH-PyPBI/PBI和OH-PyPBI/2PBI.通过测试1 HNMR、TGA及其溶解性,对聚合物进行了表征.利用溶液浇铸法制备出膜材料,并研究了膜材料在浓磷酸中的溶胀性、机械性能和电导率等性能.结果表明:磷酸掺杂水平为4.3的OH-PyPBI/PBI膜的综合性能最佳,室温条件下的断裂拉伸强度为55.3MPa,断裂伸长率为107%;150℃不加湿条件下的质子电导率为0.099S/cm.表明该类共聚物膜材料在高温质子交换膜燃料电池中具有潜在应用价值.Poly(2 ,2′‐(m‐4‐hydroxyl pyridine)‐5 ,5′‐bibenzimidazole)(OH‐PyPBI) and its copolymers , i .e .OH‐PyPBI/PBI and OH‐PyPBI/2PBI ,were synthesized by solution polycondensation method , with poly (2 ,2′‐(m‐phenylene)‐5 ,5′‐bibenzimidazole)(PBI) using microwave as an assistant .The structures and properties of the polymers were characterized by NMR ,TGA and solubility .The mem‐branes were fabricated by the solution casting method .After doped in phosphoric acid solutions ,the composite membranes were used as high temperature proton exchange membranes ,and were charac‐terized mainly by swelling properties ,mechanical strength and proton conductivity .The results sug‐gest that the OH‐PyPBI/PBI membrane with an acid doping level of 4 .3 was the best one among all the casting membranes .Its tensile stress at break was 55 .3 MPa .The elongation at break was 107% . The proton conductivity of this membrane was 0 .099 S/cm at 150 ℃ without humidification .Thus , the membranes show a promising application in high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell .
