两种肠道准备法在妇科手术前应用的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对传统清洁灌肠法与口服甘露醇导泻法在妇科手术前应用效果进行比较。方法采用历史对照法将患者分为两组,对照组采用传统清洁灌肠法进行术前肠道准备,试验组采用口服甘露醇导泻法,比较两组患者肠道清洁程度、术后胃肠功能恢复情况(首次肛门排气时间)、不良反应发生率。结果试验组的肠道清洁度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),肛门排气时间早于对照组(P<0.05),试验组发生不良反应4例,而对照组有15例,两组不良反应发生率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论采用口服甘露醇肠道准备法,肠道清洁效果、术后胃肠功能恢复效果均优于传统清洁灌肠法,且不良反应少,同时减轻了护理人员工作负担,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the effects of traditional cleansing enema and Oral Mannitol for catharsis before gynecologic operation. Methods The patients were divided into two groups according to historical control method. The control group was provided with traditional cleansing enema for operation preparation,while the test group was provided with oral Mannitol for catharsis. And then, the intestinal cleanliness, recovery of gastrointestinal function （ the first time of postoperative anal exhaust）, and incidence of adverse reaction of both groups were compared. Results The intestinal cleanness of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05） ,and the first time of postoperative anal exhaust of the test group was earlier than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05） ;adverse reactions occurred in four cases in the test group, while 15 cases in the control group,so the incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Oral Mannitol for intestinal preparation has more advantages than traditional cleansing enema, such as better intestinal cleaning effect, earlier postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function, less adverse reaction, reduction of the work load of the nursing personnel, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
