摘　　要：基于IE方法的服装工艺智能化模板开发是以工程工序分析为基础,确定要使用模板的工序;提出了智能化模板的开发要以流水线的节拍为切入点,通过智能化模板来提升工作效率平衡生产工序;明确了标准化作业是工艺智能模板开发的关键,这样才能使模板及技术的应用高效运行,全面提升生产效能。The development and research of the intelligent template for the garment process based on the method of IE is on the basis of the engineering process analysis and to define the process using a template.This paper puts forward that the development of the intelligent template should make the beat of the assembly line as the breakthrough point, to improve the work efficiency and balance production process through the intelligent template.The standardized work is the key to the development of the technology of intelligent template. In this way we can make the application of the template and the technology to work effectively and to improve the production efficiency.
