摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA管理应用于医院合理使用抗菌药物管理的效果。方法自2010年开始着手将PDCA管理方法应用到医院合理使用抗菌药物的管理中,比较使用前后合理性评价考核指标及相关投诉率。结果在医院合理使用抗菌药物管理中运用PDCA管理,对合理性评价考核指标有极大改观,降低了相关投诉率。结论 PDCA管理模式对医院合理使用抗菌药物管理起到良好效果。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA on the hospital management in terms of rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods PDCA was used in the management of antimicrobial agents in the hospital since2010. The effect was assessed by comparing the evaluation indexes and the complaint rate between pre- and post-use of PDCA. Results After applying PDCA management in the management of antimicrobial agents in the hospital,the indexes on rationality improved significantly and the related complaint rate was decreased. Conclusion PDCA management model plays a good role in management of rational use of antimicrobial agents in hospitals.
