摘 要:针对近千块现浇板支座负筋保护层厚度偏大的建筑工程质量通病现状,建立力学模型,在考虑了活荷载最不利位置及拱效应影响的基础上进行分析计算。通过分析计算得出支座负筋保护层允许正偏差大于规范要求的允许正偏差,且推算出了支座负筋保护层允许正偏差的一般计算公式及适用条件,为现浇板支座负筋保护层厚度的控制和检测提供了一定的参考价值。According to the construction quality problem about larger thickness of thousand pieces of negative reinforcement protection layer cast - in - place slab, the mechanical model was established, on which basis analysis and calculations wer carried out considering the most adversely affected position and arch effect. By the analysis and calculations, the result of the positive deviation of bearing negative reinforcement protection layer is more than the reguired range of specification requirements. Meanwhile the general calculation formula and the applicable condition of the negative moment reinforcement protective layer of the continuous two - way slab were deduced. The results have certain reference value to control and detection of the thickness of bearing negative reinforcement protection layer of the cast - in - place board.
