摘 要:将酞菁表面功能化纤维素纳米纤维材料CoPc-NF应用于活性艳红X-3B染料废水的脱色处理.实验发现CoPc-NF对染料分子有较强的吸附能力,溶液中有H2O2氧化剂存在时,CoPc能快速有效地使活性艳红X-3B溶液催化氧化降解脱色.利用单因素实验方法研究了染料溶液的最佳脱色条件.结果表明:CoPc为365μmol/g、溶液pH=2、反应温度为50℃、H2O2为8mmol/L时,经过90min催化氧化反应,CoPc-NF/H2O2反应体系可使活性艳红X-3B溶液浓度下降90%以上.In this paper,CoPc-NF was used to the decoloration of reactive red X-3Bdye wastewater.CoPc-NF had high adsorption capacity to dye molecules,and could further promote the catalytic oxidation efficiency as well as the degradation and decoloration of reactive red X-3B when H2O2 presented as the oxidant.The optimum decoloration conditions was determined by the single factor experimental method.The results showed that more than 90% of reactive red X-3Bcould be eliminated by CoPc-NF/H2O2 within 90 min when CoPc content was 365μmol/g,pH was 2,reaction temperature was50 ℃,and H2O2 concentration was 8mmol/L.
