摘　　要：仓储是物流企业运营过程中重要的功能之一,仓库布局优化、作业流程精简,是提高企业经济效益的重要措施.通过对某物流企业仓储管理现状调查,发现仓储管理过程中存在的问题,并分析了产生这些问题的原因.从仓库布局、作业流程、货物储位等三方面提出了改进方案,并对改进前后作业指标进行比较分析,得出:改进后仓库的作业环节减少3个,作业人数减少5人,作业时间降低了13%,查找货位时间缩短了75%,出错率从3%降到0.5%,提高了仓储作业效率.Storage is one of the important functions of the operation process of logistics enterprises .Warehouse layout and process simplification ,is an important measure to improve the enterprise economic benefits . Through the investigation on the current situations of warehousing management of a logistics enterprise ,problems were found in the process of storage management and the paper analyzes the mainly causes of these problems . The improvement for three aspects ,including warehouse layout ,operations process and storage locations are presented in the paper .Through comparative analysis of operations indexes ,the results after improved are that the operation items reduces 3 ,the numbers of workers reduces 5 ,operating time is reduced by 13% ,searching the location time is shortened by 75% and the error rate from 3% to 0.5% .
