摘　　要：中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)是在东盟的基础上由中国与东盟国家之间形成的区域性优惠贸易安排。首先介绍了CAFTA形成的背景,总结了CAFTA关税减让的规则,在此基础上通过将中国和印尼两国在CAFTA协议生效前后的贸易数据进行对比分析,了解CAFTA对双方贸易的影响,最后为进一步改善两国之间的贸易水平提出简单的对策。China-ASEAN Free Trade Area （CAFTA）is a regional preferential trade arrangements in the ASEAN countries on the basis of the formation of China and ASEAN countries.This paper first introduces the background of the formation of CAFTA,summarizes the CAFTA tariff reduction rules,compares the trade data between China and Indonesia before and after the entry into force of the CAFTA,thus under-stands the impact of CAFTA on the bilateral trade,and finally the author gives some simple countermeas-ures to improve the level of trade between the two countries.
