摘　　要：宋小说已深入到大都市、小市镇的市民日常饮食生活中,使其具体、直观呈现并形成了系统,像酒楼茶肆等题材,对后世文学影响甚巨。以《东京梦华录》为代表的城市日常生活笔记文学,为宋代饮食文学构筑起一个平台,使宋代城市市民日常饮食生活独立出来。宋小说笔记的饮食生活内容已互相交织、互相影响并互相融合,从而构成了宋代乃至宋之后无比生动的文学现象。Novels of Song Dynasty has penetrated into people＇s daily diet life in not only metropolis but also small towns,which has make it specific,intuitive and a system formed,such as the topics of restaurants and tea houses,which have great influences on later literature. The notes literature of everyday life,which with ＂Dong Jing Meng Hua Lu＂as the representative,build up a platform for the diet literature of Song Dynasty,that the Song Dynasty city residents＇ daily diet life independence. Daily diet of novel notes of Song Dynasty has been intertwined,influenced each other and merged with each other,thus constituting a vivid literature phenomenon in Song Dynasty and after Song Dynasty.
