风信子安娜玛丽鳞片扦插繁殖试验研究

摘　　要：以荷兰引进的风信子安娜玛丽种球为试验材料,进行了鳞片扦插试验。结果表明:不同类型的鳞片增殖系数和小鳞茎重量不同,小鳞片形成的小鳞茎多但重量轻,大鳞片形成的小鳞茎少但比较重;0.5 mg/L IAA对小鳞茎的数量增殖作用最好,1.0 mg/L NAA对小鳞茎的重量增长具有明显的促进作用;扦插基质以珍珠岩∶泥炭=1∶1最佳。Using the buIbs of Hyacinthus orientalis k. Anna Marie introduced from Netherlands as test materials,scales cutting test were conducted.The results showed that, the different types of scale multiplication factor and small bulb weight was different, small scale formed of small bulbs but weight was light ,large scale formed small bulbs but weight was relatively heavy.0.5 mg/L IAA showed the best promoting effect on number increase of small bulbs,and 1.0 mg/L NAA showed the most significant effect on weight increase of small bulls.The perlite：peat=-1：1 was the best cutting matrix.
