摘 要:总结了厌氧发酵过程中搅拌作用的发挥,从而论证了搅拌的必要性。阐述了过度搅拌对发酵的抑制,进而提出了临界起始强度和临界时间强度概念,结合对搅拌强度的定量化分析手段,对搅拌强度进行控制。提出可以利用一些搅拌设备性能的评价性指标对搅拌效果进行预测,而后利用LDA、ERT、CFD技术手段描述实际的流场情况,对搅拌效果进行检验,从而提供了由控制到预测,再从预测到检验的搅拌方案制定的方法学基础。This paper summarized the role of mixing in the process of anaerobic fermentation, and the necessity of mixing was thus demonstrated. Inhibition of excessive mixing intensity to fermentation was also listed. Then the concepts of critical initial mixing strength and critical time mixing strength were put forward,using this concept and quantitative analysis method of stirring intensity to control the mixing intensity. In addition, the author considered that it was possible tc, use some evaluation indicators for mixing equipment performance to predict mixing effect. Then,the flow field of actual situation with the method of LDA,ERT and CFD technology were described,and the mixing effect was tested. It provided the foundation of methodology for mixing scheme with mixing control, mixing prediction and mixing test.
