摘  要:通过向重茬地黄土壤(连作一茬和二茬)中添加不同比例过磷酸钙来调节土壤中的酚酸和微生物,改善连作土壤环境。结果表明,一个生长周期(6个月)后,一茬土壤中香草酸、香草醛和阿魏酸的含量均有所降低,而放线菌的量及真菌与细菌数量比却有所升高;二茬土壤中酚酸的量没有明显变化,但放线菌的量及真菌与细菌数量比均明显降低。因此,在连作一茬土壤中添加过磷酸钙可有效改善酚酸的量,二茬土壤相同处理则可以明显改善土壤微生态环境。In this paper,different proportions of calcium superphosphate were used to regulate the phenolic acid and microbes to improve the environment of the continuous cropping soil of Rehmannia gtutinosa. The results showed that the content of vanillic aeid,vanillin and ferulie acid reduced in the one stubble soil after 6 months, a growth cycle. But the aetinomyces amount and the ratio of fungi and bacteria increased. The change of content of phenolic acid in two stubble soil was not obvious. But the aetinomyces amount and the ratio of fungi and bacteria decreased obviously. Therefore,the addition of calcium superphosphate in one stubble soil could effectively ameliorate the amount of phenolic acidand and could aslo improve the environment of microbes in the two stubble soil.
