摘　　要：病理性瘢痕的形成是创伤后人体自我修复过程中的异常反应,随之而来的就是畸形、运动功能障碍等诸多问题。近年来,转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)及其所介导的细胞信号通路被认为在瘢痕形成方面起着重要作用,国内外对此进行了大量研究,本文总结了相关研究报道及结论,以期为后续的研究提供新的思路及参考。The formation of pathological scar is a reaction process as a human self repairing reaction after the injury,the following problems include motor dysfunction,deformity etc. In recent years,TGF-βand cell signaling pathway mediated by it are thought to play an important role in scar formation,at home and abroad they have conducted a lot of research,this paper summarizes the relevant research reports and conclusions,in order to provide new ideas and reference for the follow-up study.
