骨炎消巴布剂对小鼠抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究骨炎消巴布剂对小鼠的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯制作小鼠耳廓肿胀实验模型,观察骨炎消巴布剂的抗炎作用。结果:骨炎消巴布剂对小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抗炎作用,骨炎消巴布剂中剂量组与赋形剂对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明巴布剂的中剂量可明显对抗二甲苯所致的炎症反应。结论:骨炎消巴布剂对小鼠耳廓肿胀具有抗炎作用。Objective ： To observe the effect of Guyanxiao （osteltls-free） cataplasm on mice. Methods ： By the experiments on the inflammatory murine auricula caused by oedema and inflammatory volx pedis caused by swelling and distension, this paper is to study the pharmacodynamics of anti-inflammatory of Guyanxiao（osteitis-free） cataplasm. Results：In the experiment of the antiinflammatory, that is the experiment of inflammatory murine auricula oedema caused by Guyanxiao（osteitis-free） cataplasm para-xylene, medium dose group and positive control group have inhibition effection. Compared to the excipient group, they both have significant difference（P〈0.05）. Besides, the effect of medium dose group is larger than positive control group, which shows that medium dose group Guyanxiao（osteitis-free） cataplasm do have antiinflammatory effect. Conchlsion：Guyanxiao（osteitis-free） cataplasm react in aspect of anti-inflammatory.
