摘　　要：目的:建立五种医院制剂微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用常规法、薄膜过滤法对五种医院制剂进行方法验证。结果:椎间盘丸、顽痹康丸、芪仲腰舒丸可采用常规法,颈痛消丸、骨炎托毒丸须用薄膜过滤法除去其抑菌作用后方可进行微生物限度检查。结论:确立了五种医院制剂微生物限度检查方法,可有效控制其质量。Objective：To establish methods of the microbial limit test for five hospital preparations. Methods：Common method and membrane filtration method were used for the verification of methodology on five hospital preparations. Results. The results suggested that common method be used for Zhuijianpan pills, Wanbikang pills and Qizhongyaoshu pills; membrane filtration method for Jingtongxiao pills and Guyantuodu pills. Conclusion. Methods of the microbial limit test for five hospital preparations were established, and its can be used for quality control of those preparations.
