辛凉清解法治疗小儿风热咳嗽临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究辛凉清解法治疗小儿风热咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取58例小儿风热咳嗽患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组各29例。对照组患儿给予口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒治疗,实验组患儿采用辛凉清解法治疗。观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:经治疗,实验组患儿总有效率为89.66%,明显高于对照组的62.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辛凉清解法治疗小儿风热咳嗽临床疗效较显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect for the treatment of the Xin Liangqing children wind heat cough. Methods： Select 58 cases of children with children wind heat cough, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 29 cases in each group. The control group were given oral Amoxicillln and Clavulanate Potassium Granules treatment, experimental group were treated with Xin Liangqing solution treatment. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children. Results：After the treatment, in the experimental group the total effective rate was 89.66 %, significantly higher than 62.07 % in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xin Liangqing for the treatment of children wind heat cough is a significant clinical effect, is worthy of clinical application.
